The “Offogato” application has been designed by Hamdad Samaneh-haye No-Afarin Company to facilitate the use of discounts; it provides services subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the “Offogato” application services. Use of “Offogato” services constitutes acceptance of the following terms, and any subsequent objections regarding them shall be considered invalid.

Definitions

The terms and expressions used herein have the following meanings:

a) Company: Hamdad Samaneh-haye No-Afarin Company; the owner of the “Offogato” brand, which acts as an intermediary and provides smart services via its application and web application.

b) Offogato: The name and trademark “Offogato” belong to the company that provides smart discount management services through its platform, application, and web application.

c) User: An individual who utilizes the smart discount management service and, by registering on the Offogato platform, gains access to view registered discounts.

d) User Account: An account created by users on the platform—by entering their discount details either automatically or manually—to access and benefit from Offogato’s services.

Rights and Responsibilities of the Offogato User

The Offogato user acknowledges that communication may be conducted via SMS or push notifications. Users may opt out of receiving these messages; however, doing so may result in a failure to receive information in a timely manner. Company Rights and Responsibilities

The Company undertakes not to disclose user data or information to third parties—whether natural or legal persons—for commercial or non-commercial purposes outside the scope of the aforementioned services, without obtaining the consent of the respective owners.

Disclosure: In instances where judicial or administrative authorities, pursuant to the law, request data or information regarding a user or user characteristics from the Company, the Company is legally obligated to disclose such information to the competent authorities.

Final Agreements

9-1 The User acknowledges having fully read the “Terms of Use for the Afogato Smart Discount and Reservation Management Services,” is fully aware of its terms and conditions, consents to the application of these conditions, and agrees to be bound by their provisions.

9-2 In matters not explicitly or implicitly addressed in this text, the prevailing customs and practices of the industry shall apply.
